A tall cabinet in piano lacquer. Two fluted doors open on smoked glass. Inside, a mirrored back and lit shelves. Everything the evening needs is held.
The carcass is built from ebonised ash. Each door carries 14 hand-cut flutes. Twelve coats of lacquer are polished by hand. A blackened steel plinth lifts it 8 cm.
It stands quiet by day. At night the shelves glow amber. Made for a lounge or a hotel suite.

Materials and finishes
- 12 coats of lacquer, hand-rubbed between each. Polished, it holds a mirror for decades.
- Float glass, tinted bronze-grey through the body. Toughened, it stays clear and never yellows.
- Mild steel, blackened by heat and oil. Waxed each year, it holds its depth.
- Solid brass, brushed to a soft satin. Waxed, it mellows slowly toward gold.
