Grandeur Luxury Interiors is a bespoke interior design and furniture studio in Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our WhatsApp line, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We keep the policy short on purpose. If a question is not answered here, write to us using the details at the end.

You give us information when you use a form on this site or message us on WhatsApp. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your country and city, and whether you are a professional or a private client.
• Your company, profession and website, when you write to us as a trade client.
• The room, piece or catalogue you asked about, and any message you wrote.
• Floor plans, photographs or inspiration files you attach to a bespoke request.
• A preferred date and time, when you book an appointment.

We also record which page the form was sent from, the referring page and your browser type, so we can answer in context and keep the forms working.

On WhatsApp, we see your phone number, your profile name and the messages you send. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta and has its own privacy policy.

We use your information only to do what you asked. That means:

• Sending the catalogue or room book you requested.
• Answering a price, contact, trade or bespoke enquiry.
• Confirming and preparing a private appointment.
• Sending the newsletter, when you subscribed to it.
• Keeping a record of the conversation so a designer can pick it up later.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising on other platforms. We do not build profiles of you.

When you send a form, a copy of your request is emailed to the studio through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes the message on our behalf and holds it briefly to deliver it. Files you attach to a bespoke request travel with that email.

The site is hosted on a cloud platform. Requests are stored in a database operated for us by a hosting provider, in a secured environment that only the studio can reach.

These providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

We keep the information from a form for 24 months from the date you sent it. After that it is deleted, unless it has become part of a commission, in which case it is kept with the project file for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Every letter carries a link to do so.

WhatsApp conversations are kept on the studio's device and in WhatsApp's own systems. You can delete a conversation from your side at any time.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your information, where we have no legal reason to keep it.
• Stop sending you the newsletter or any other message.

Write to us using the details below. We answer within one working week and do not charge for it.

Pakistan's data protection framework is developing. We follow the principles of consent, purpose limitation and data minimisation set out in the draft Personal Data Protection Bill, and we will update this policy when the law changes.

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It uses only what the site needs to work: session storage that remembers you have seen the opening sequence, and local storage for the moodboard you build. Neither leaves your browser, and neither identifies you to us.

Images are served from Unsplash's content delivery network, which may log the request as any web server does.

This site is for adults planning a home or a commercial space. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

When we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes are announced in the newsletter.
